| Remarks | This tree and several others of this species have been observed to be in flower continuously (Sept .- Dec. 1981 and May 83-May 84). Rate of flower drop variable. See also observations of Appanah which concur (Malaysian Forester). [Indigenous and local people are instrumental in collecting plant specimens but historically were not always recognized by name.
