Latzel-Ragusa" is a misinterpretation of a label. Ragusa is the Italian name for the city of Dubrovnik, now in Croatia. Albert Latzel was a military doctor with the Austrian marine in Boka Kotorska, and he frequently collected around Dubrovnik/Ragusa.
