RemarksInformation on Date Collection was obtained from the preface of Plantas Hartwegianas 8: 1839, G. Bentham. The preface also states that nos. 1 to 258 were probably collected "to the north of the town of Mexico, on his way to Zacatecas, chiefly about Guanaxuato, Lagos, Aguas Calientes, and Bolanos..."
