Remarksfloral drawing on sheet. Holotype at PNH destroyed. In the general introduction to the paper in which Acoridium venustulum was originally described, Ames stated that: " Unless otherwise specified, the type specimens are in the herbarium of the Bureau of Science, Manila, and duplicate types are in my own herbarium. This particular sheet is filed under Dendrochilum parvulum Ames in the index to the microfiche edition of the Orchid Herbarium of Oakes Ames.
