Annotation Text | In the protologue, Rock cited three collections without singling out one of them as the type. Subsequently (Rock, Monogr. Stud. Haw. Lobelioid. 277. 1919), he designated Bishop s.n. (B) as the lectotype, which however, was also the holotype of C. kunthiana; that sheet was destroyed in 1943. [cont.] |
