| Remarks | 2 strains growing in clones, 1 with flowering scapes barely ex-ceeding the lvs., the other with scapes ca. 6 cm. high; this apparently not due to environment as the 2 kinds grow within inches of each other; each clone either short- or long-scaped, no intermediates exist; however, the shortest scape of long-scaped clone will approach longest scape of short-scaped clone.
