LocalityFoxboro Lake. Site where larger plants of Marsilea observed earlier in year. 6300 ft.

HabitatPonderosa pine forest. Open meadow with lake present for much of year. (no water present at this time.) Lake observed to cover several acres in July-Sept. No water now, just muddy areas where lake deepest. Marsilea very abundant in broad zone beside muddy area. Area completely submersed earlier in year.
