| Remarks | [#153] ["Another smooth vine under the rocks edge of [Wheeler's] meadow -- perhaps the same species [as the pathside one] -- has some of those long clusters of very small grapes slightly [?] opposite a leaf [?] -- leaves more simple only 3 lobed a few of them -- [?] than the very first one, more cobwebby & rusty beneath, the young leaves reddish rusty above above -- all mucronate pointed -- with rounded sinuses --twigs petioles &c like the last -- Is it V.[itis] aestivalis?
